The SUP is one of the most complete water sports of the moment.
In SW SUP Monthly Training we not only work the balance but also we are improving our physical condition with cardio, strengthening our core, back and ligaments in addition to coordination and proprioception.
The best way to get in shape and toning or have a more complete surf if we are training, all this in an incomparable natural environment.
We have lessons for children’s since 8 years old and for adults on the river or on the waves for those who wants to beggin on the SUP waves.
For those who don’t want lessons but want to take a board to train we have the rental card packages. Improve your physical condition, balance, and strength by exercising through the Stand Up Paddle.
Pack 8 lessons per month (2x p/week) 45 euros.
